All comments should be legal, and not breach copyright. Please use clean language and be respectful to others. Harassment and offensiveness will not be tolerated. Comments with advertisements and spam are also not permitted. Any comments in breach of these rules will be removed and repeat offenders will be blocked.

4. Warranty

Should you discover any defects in your product, please report this to us as soon as possible to arrange a refund within 30 days of purchase. Similarly, if you discover your order is incorrect, please contact us to arrange a store credit or exchange. Any goods you wish to return on the basis of an erroneous order must be clean and resaleable for us to give you a full refund.

Personal information provided for online shopping is kept by us for shipping and contact purposes. It will not be distributed to third parties.

6. Payment Policy

At Tourist Class Travel, sales transactions are processed with either PayPal, WooCommerce Payments, or Stripe depending on your choice. All are very secure and user-friendly.

7. Product Availability & Descriptions

We always try to ensure product descriptions are correct and up-to date, however, we cannot guarantee the display of colours on your computer screen will always be accurate. Additionally, product specifications such as certain weights and measurements are provided for convenience purposes only and are approximate, since there may be slight variations between individual items. All product descriptions, prices, quantities, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. While we will endeavour to meet your order, we provide no guarantee as too the availability of goods listed on the website.

8. Order Details

For your order to be processed, you must provide your name, email address, credit card/payment details, billing address, delivery address, and any other ordering information required on the web form. Cancelling an order after submission is not permitted. If you require a change of delivery address, please Contact Us and we will try to update your address, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible depending on the stage of the order. Tourist Class Travel reserves the right to reject orders at any time and reimburse you for payments received by us.

9. Shipping and Import Duties

Orders shipped outside of New Zealand are subject to overseas customs duties and other taxes. Tourist Class Travel does not take any responsibility for any duties or taxes imposed by customs, so please contact your local import customs authority for more information.

10. Licence

Tourist Class Travel acknowledges that your browser makes a temporary copy of our website while you visit and grants you a limited license (“License”): strictly, for the personal use of our website for viewing content, learning about goods sold by Tourist Class Travel, ordering, signing up, and paying for our products. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions terminates your License with immediate effect.

11. Intellectual Property

Tourist Class Travel owns or otherwise maintains the right to all copyright and other intellectual property rights related to Tourist Class Travel. This includes, and is not limited to, trademarks, logos, images, design, content, and information. We are happy for you to share parts of our website via social media, however, you must not otherwise print, copy, alter, adapt, store, commercialise, or display any content from our website or derivatives. If you wish to do so, you must get written permission first. Our intellectual property ownership is protected by New Zealand and international law.

Unless otherwise stated, we claim no liability for the privacy policies, content, and actions of other ‘linked’ websites, including the further links they contain.

Amendments

Tourist Class Travel has the authority to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on our website.
